To download the Corporate Account Manager install program...

button.gif (82 bytes) Use the button to create a new folder called 'CAM' (or anything you choose) on your desktop for convenient access, or browse to the folder of your choice. (The folder you choose will be the location you will always run Corporate Account Manager from, so remember where you save it.)
button.gif (82 bytes) When downloading completes open the folder that you saved Corpinstall.exe in and run it by double clicking
button.gif (82 bytes) Remain connected to the internet and click on 'Test Internet Connection'
button.gif (82 bytes) If you test was successful click on 'Install Corporate Account Manager'


button.gif (82 bytes) If 'Test Internet Connection' fails call STEP1 Software Support at (800)553-2602 and provide them with 
   the company code PROS.
button.gif (82 bytes) When prompted to Enter Your Company Code type in 'PROS' and then click 'OK' to continue and download the
   Corporate Account Manager program.
button.gif (82 bytes) When downloading completes open the folder you choose above and double click on Corp' or 'Corp.exe'

Description

Your company can provide customers with an easy way to analyze purchases and set budgets by location:

Corporate Management Program - This program provides management the ability to set budgets, analyze purchase history and review consumption by each location. 

Basics of  using  the Corporate Management Program

1. Connect your computer to the Internet.

2. Click on the STEP1 Corporate Management Program  icon for the program you downloaded previously.

3. Enter your User Name and Password. The Corporate Management Program user names and passwords are different then those used by the Customer Service Program. User name and password are also case-sensitive.
 

4. Review your purchase history, consumption patterns and budgets.

5. Review account information by clicking on the tabs near the top of the window labeled: Locations

6. Ask your Lansing Sanitary Supply salesperson about email alerts and setting up location maximums by product.

8. Click Exit when finished.
