TIM WINSCHER – Service Manager

With 21 years of service to Professional Supply, Tim brings both sales experience and repair knowledge to his position. After spending 11 years as the Divisional Sales Manager and calling on grocery store accounts, Tim moved into his current position as Service Manager 10 years ago. Attending the Kent, Minuteman, Multi-Clean, Meat Room/Deli Department Sanitation and Food Storage Schools along with his training experience with floor care in grocery stores enables Tim to bring the highest level of professionalism to this very important position at Professional Supply.


JOHN ROE – Service Technician

John is our Senior Service Technician and has been with Professional Supply for 28 years. Having attended Moraine Park Institute for AC/DC Wiring as well as schools for Kent and Minuteman equipment gives John the expertise to service and repair the various brands and models of floor care equipment that come in for service. In addition, John has 8 years of janitorial supply and 3 years of install experience. John’s experience and training make him a valued member of the Service Department at Professional Supply.


ADAM WEBER – Service Technician

Adam started his career at Professional Supply in our install department. Working in the field for 2 years enabled him to easily transition into his current position as a Service Technician. In the 4 years since he moved into the service department his main focus is equipment repair. However, he still assists with dispenser installations, and machine demonstrations. This allows him to continuously renew is training in the operations on the operations of all our new equipment.
