Professional Supply is a distributor of janitorial and maintenance products, chemicals, equipment, and laundry/ware-wash systems. How do I place an order?

We accept phone-in orders (920) 565-4111 / (800) 236-8675, fax orders (920) 565-4100 or e-mail orders orders@cleaningstuff.com. Orders can also be placed directly on our Online Catalog. Browse even if you don't have an account with us. Customers can also use CSS - Customer Self Service.

What is CSS?

CSS stands for Customer Self Service. CSS is a unique program that allows you to place orders by logging in directly to our computer system. You can see all aspects of your account, view our inventory, check your pricing, look at the status of pending orders, check your payment history, and many other features. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 180 days, 90 days for chemicals. Returns must be in sellable condition and in their original packaging. Certain special order items may not be returnable. Do you have any restocking fees?

There are no restocking fees on normal stocking items. Restocking fees may apply in special order circumstances, or items that cannot be returned to our supplier for credit.
